| It had been a long day, a little overcast and I had yet to catch a tarpon and was getting frustrated. We went to a new spot, and I made a few perfect casts and couldn't get fish to eat. Finally a single comes along, I make a great cast, strip and hook up! The fish was very acrobatic for a fish its size, and after about 35 minutes, I finally get it to the boat. I really want a picture but don't want to injure such a big fish by taking it out of the water, so I decided to hop in on the flat with it and get this great picture! |
